Important Information for All Potential Oradell Volunteer Coaches and Assistant coaches
To All Potential Coaching Candidates:
As you already know, the town requires a background check (fingerprinting). Historically, the Oradell Police Department has conducted these checks.
BEGINNING IMMEDIATELY, this process has been changed due to state regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE ALREADY HAD A FINGERPRINT CHECK DONE BY THE ORADELL POLICE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE ONE DONE AT THE THIS TIME, HOWEVER THAT MAY CHANGE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
It is a multi-step process outlined as follows.
Pick up "Youth Serving Organization Volunteer" form (also known as the Universal Fingerprinting Form) from the Clercks office at Oradell Borough Hall. This form should have # B05003 typed into box # 7. Fill this form out & retain. A direction sheet will accompany this form.
Access website www.bioapplicant.com/NJ on your computer & navigate the website for SAGEM MORPHO, INC Fill out all the appropriate forms and schedule a time to be fingerprinted. Payment is collected at this time. An applicant ID will be assigned via the web stie. Applicant must record the date, time and location onthe Universal Fingerprint Site on the Unviversal Form (from Step I).
Applicant reports for fingerprinting at : SAGEM MORPHO, 299 Forest Avenue, 1st Floor, Suite B, Paramus, NJ 07652. You MUST HAVE: Universal Fingerprint Form, photo ID and Demographic Data.
The fee is $26.25 paid via credit card on the Web site. A receipt will be given to the applicant. Be sure to double check the forms before submitting, there will be a charge for incorrect forms. NOTE: Due to budgetary constraints, the town will not reimburse you.
The applicants also need to know that they will receive a receipt from Sagem Morpho, applicant must make copy of this receipt, retain the original and submit the copy to the appropriate Oradell Youth Sports President. The PCN number on the receipt is proof of fingerprinting.
